Our founder Faye Ruckley set up our store in Holton Road, Barry, after having her own children.
She says: “I love interacting with customers – helping people find the perfect wedding outfit, the right nursery furniture, and baby clothes which will make their little one look a picture.
“We also love meeting our customers’ babies and children!
“For brides, we are happy to organise out-of-hours appointments at the store so they can make their choice in comfort – with their mums, sisters, aunts, and friends.
“It’s an honour to be part of the most important moments in their lives.
“At Ruckleys, we take that very seriously. We work hard to ensure our customers get exactly what they need.
“If a dress needs an alteration, we’re happy to arrange it. If someone is looking for the right pram, we’ll help them make that choice and get the best fit for their family.
“We have customers who came to us as brides who come back when they have their children for baby clothes and prams, then children’s clothing, and school uniforms. We must be doing something right!”
